The leaves’ sap has been applied topically in some herbal practices to soothe minor skin irritation. The plant is also believed to absorb toxins such as formaldehyde and benzene, supporting respiratory comfort.

Cultivation Notes

Sansevieria cylindrica thrives in bright, indirect light and tolerates full sun. It prefers well-drained soil and minimal watering, making it ideal for low-maintenance gardens and interior pots. Overwatering should be avoided to prevent root rot.
