This beach is a very popular spot for locals and expats alike, who often sit in the shade under the trees, enjoying the serene atmosphere. In recent times, an area behind the trees has developed with bars and restaurants, providing a variety of refreshments and traditional Thai snacks. It is probably my favorite sunset beach; the island in the bay makes for some spectacular sceneries, and it has the most fantastic views during sunset.

Capture stunning photographs of the landscape, particularly during sunset, as Nai Yang Beach is one of my favorite spots for taking sundowner photos. There are numerous bars and restaurants under the trees behind the beach, offering a variety of refreshments and traditional Thai snacks. Basic restroom facilities are available near the beach.

- Option 2: Take a scenic drive north along Phuket’s west coast. Covering around 50 km, the trip takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Follow Route 4030, merge onto Route 402, and proceed to the road’s end to find Nai Yang Beach on your left.
