Tom Juet (ต้มจืด)
A mild, comforting clear soup with tofu, glass noodles, and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 200 g tofu cubed
- 2 cups clear broth chicken or vegetable
- 50 g glass noodles
- 100 g minced chicken pork, or beef
- 1 cup napa cabbage chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 carrot sliced
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the broth to a simmer. Add minced meat and cook until done.
- Add tofu, glass noodles, napa cabbage, and carrot. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Add green onions just before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with a sprinkle of pepper if desired.
