Pan-Seared Salmon

A flavorful salmon fillet with lemon butter sauce and seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g salmon fillet
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon wedge

Instructions
 

  • Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes, then flip.
  • Squeeze lemon over salmon and cook until done.

Notes

Serve with seasonal vegetables, such as asparagus or roasted potatoes.
