Pan-Seared Salmon
A flavorful salmon fillet with lemon butter sauce and seasonal vegetables.
Ingredients
- 200 g salmon fillet
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon wedge
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes, then flip.
- Squeeze lemon over salmon and cook until done.
Notes
Serve with seasonal vegetables, such as asparagus or roasted potatoes.
