Pad Pak Ruam (ผัดผักรวม)

A simple stir-fried dish with seasonal mixed vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add all vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well.

Notes

Serve as a side dish or with steamed rice.
