Pad Krapow (ผัดกะเพรา)

A spicy stir-fried dish with holy basil, garlic, and chili, served with rice and a fried egg.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g minced chicken pork, or beef
  • 1 handful Thai holy basil leaves
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2-3 fresh chilies sliced
  • 1/4 cup green beans chopped
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a hot pan, sauté garlic and chilies until fragrant.
  • Add minced meat and cook until browned.
  • Add green beans, oyster sauce, and fish sauce, stirring well.
  • Add basil leaves last and stir just until wilted.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice and a fried egg on top.
