Grilled Steak
A premium steak seasoned simply with salt and pepper, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- 300 g steak sirloin, ribeye, or choice cut
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Brush steak with olive oil if desired, and grill to preferred doneness.
- Allow steak to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with roasted vegetables or fries. Optional sauces: peppercorn, mushroom, or garlic butter.
