Coconut Ice Cream

A light and refreshing coconut-flavored ice cream with toasted coconut flakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Combine coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Top with toasted coconut flakes before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit slices for added flavor.
