Coconut Ice Cream
A light and refreshing coconut-flavored ice cream with toasted coconut flakes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
- Top with toasted coconut flakes before serving.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruit slices for added flavor.
