Grilled Steak

A premium steak seasoned simply with salt and pepper, grilled to perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g steak sirloin, ribeye, or choice cut
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or skillet to high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Brush steak with olive oil if desired, and grill to preferred doneness.
  • Allow steak to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables or fries. Optional sauces: peppercorn, mushroom, or garlic butter.
