Pad Prik Pao (ผัดพริกเผา) - Stir-Fried Chili Paste
A sweet and smoky stir-fried dish with chili paste and your choice of protein.
Ingredients
- 300 g chicken pork, or beef
- 2 tbsp Thai chili paste
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 handful basil leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add meat and cook until browned. Add chili paste, bell pepper, and onions.
- Stir well, then add basil leaves just before serving.
Notes
Pairs well with steamed rice.
