Pad Prik Pao (ผัดพริกเผา) - Stir-Fried Chili Paste

A sweet and smoky stir-fried dish with chili paste and your choice of protein.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g chicken pork, or beef
  • 2 tbsp Thai chili paste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 handful basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add meat and cook until browned. Add chili paste, bell pepper, and onions.
  • Stir well, then add basil leaves just before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with steamed rice.
