Pad Pak Ruam (ผัดผักรวม)
A simple stir-fried dish with seasonal mixed vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli chopped
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add all vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well.
Notes
Serve as a side dish or with steamed rice.
