Pad Krapow (ผัดกะเพรา)
A spicy stir-fried dish with holy basil, garlic, and chili, served with rice and a fried egg.
Ingredients
- 300 g minced chicken pork, or beef
- 1 handful Thai holy basil leaves
- 3-4 cloves garlic minced
- 2-3 fresh chilies sliced
- 1/4 cup green beans chopped
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
Instructions
- In a hot pan, sauté garlic and chilies until fragrant.
- Add minced meat and cook until browned.
- Add green beans, oyster sauce, and fish sauce, stirring well.
- Add basil leaves last and stir just until wilted.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice and a fried egg on top.
