Yam Woon Sen (ยำวุ้นเส้น) - Glass Noodle Salad
A refreshing glass noodle salad with a balance of sour and spicy flavors.
Ingredients
- 200 g glass noodles soaked
- 100 g shrimp or minced chicken
- 5 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup onion sliced
- 1/4 cup coriander chopped
- 1-2 fresh chilies sliced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- Blanch glass noodles until soft, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine noodles, shrimp or chicken, tomatoes, onions, coriander, and chilies.
- Add fish sauce, lime juice, and garlic. Toss well to combine.
Notes
Best served fresh with a wedge of lime.
